You guys gotta think about some things~ 1. They have nothing to lose when playing online, they dont care as much as in arcades. When you lose you dont have to pay again, you dont have to wait for your turn again, you dont need to give it all. 2. I already talked with with a friend of mine who’s a pretty famous player in JP and he and other think that there are more than just 1 guy playing the gameinn account. I’m pretty sure the Guile on gameinn is Daigo and this Ryu looks like Daigo aswell. It’s kinda stupid to go like “OMGZ MEN DAIGO SUCKS WTF” because he probably doesnt even care that much about online.

whats great about this game is when you play in ranked matches and use “unpopular characters” like dhalsim or gen and watch how the opponent who is probably using ken cannot cope with offence he has no clue how to counter!!! the best matches are always random vs random on the same xbox with 2 joysticks-no excuses!!!

I would think if he’s playing online on his off hours, he’s just playing, not competing. Not to say he’s throwing matches, just not putting the same level of effort or concentration.

Nothing like cheap throw tactics used in successions to win. I still hate how easily throws can be pulled off in SF.

@deadtransmission There are a few chars that can still beat him. Dhalsim ofcourse and Viper cuz one good guess means a knockdown wich means like 20 minutes of wake-up b kick spamming wich means more guessing 4 you.

Well thats rubbish i’ve got 12,254 BP with Guile, in my opinion if played well he’s unbeatable.
Gotta love how pwned Guile always gets, it’s like every SF character was designed to win over him. And they nerfed his flash kick so much it’s shit now. Even the super version of it is useless for defense.

@shotoallday Um?…Guile has been in almost every game called “Street Fighter”. Unless I’m watching Daigo ripping ass with Remy in Third Strike. I’m not buying what you are saying.
@magicalpoop i agree you can’t gauge the match that much but not because it’s over LIVE, because it’s not a tournament setting. when you have a good connection with the player, the “lag” online is over exaggerated. guiles 1 frame links are just as easy to do online when you plink them..
Daigo just came out saying that online is the shiz. Though I think its fair to say this only applies in Japan. Either way i wouldn’t really too much on these matches, you need more than just 3 rounds to grasp an opponent’s play style and be able to adapt yourself. That’s what makes the best the best.
you guys can’t gauge these matches that much…especially if it’s over PSN/LIVE. Guile still has shitty 1frame window links for his combos, lag will ruin you.
You guys should really read the street fighter guide before commenting online. Its explains the differency between online players and tournaments players.
i think that guile could win if he use his combo… btw, the final battle is nice…for the first time i saw good rose fighter…love her skill very much
I used to hate this game before I found the guide online at videogamestrategyguides (.) net. Now I rock and so does the game!
