@MonkeyCha0s its not really about the punish here, its more of the reaction time of the punish. Since honda was charging down back, its hard to tell which move he is going to use, the flying bodyslam or the headbutt. and its hard to punish most of the time to react to it since he was doing the headbutt up close(major priority against most normals). the only times he did them full screen, he made them ex headbutts which is almost as hard to punish as if it were up close since its faster

why does isotope keep getting hit by the headbutt? is there some sort of punish or does he just get petrified seeing a fat japanese man flying towards him at such velocity?
