Rose

Background

Rose is a fortune teller from Genoa. She was previously possessed by M. Bison but survived when Akuma defeated her and cast M. Bison’s soul out of her body.

She enters the Street Fighter 4 tournament intending to stop Bison once and for all.

Combat guide:

Strengths –

• Great dashes, above average foot speed
• Has a strong pressure game
• Useful slide attack (Down-Forward + Medium Kick)
• Strong anti-air when space available
• Several long range attacks
• Above average throw damage
• Can counter most fireball spammers
• Several useful poke attacks
• Crouching Hard Kick strong and good range
• Ultra move good when properly executed

Weaknesses -

• No highly damaging combos. Can’t combo into Ultra without using Focus Attack
• Difficult mastering timing on reflecting/absorbing fireballs
• Bar a few moves, overall below average
• No overhead attack
• Slightly below average stamina
