Is there going to be more characters for Super Street Fighter IV?

Capcom said to have about 10 new characters added, so far T-hawk, DeeJay, Juri, Adon, Guy, and Cody are confirmed. Who do you think the extra 4 players are going to be?

One of them is going to be new, although I feel the other 3 are going to be either Makoto, Ibuki, Elena, or Dudley.

Only add 4 because Dee jay, T hawk and 2 new never before seen players are added and that the creator said there would be about 8 characters for the update. Include EX, Alpha and other street fighter characters.
